“ 初めて来店しました。味はとても美味しかったです。私が行ったのは土曜日の夜でしたが、ピーク時が過ぎていたからなのか、提供スピードについては特に気になりませんでした。 席の注文モニターも、全員が見れるような大きさでとてもよかったです。 が、店内が寒かったです。 来店時は特に寒いと思いませんでしたが、しばらく食べて、食べ終わりになると寒いと感じました。 暑がりの家族も寒いと行っていました。外が見える席(厨房を背にして突き当たり)だったからなのかは分かりません。 温かいお茶を頼んでも、とにかく腕が寒かったです。 そして、お手洗いに行くとさらに寒い。便座が暖かかったのが唯一の救いです。 空調が寒くて最後のデザートが食べ切れなかったのは申し訳なかったです。 ただ、最後は早く外に出たくてたまらなかったです。 空調設定が難しいようなら、ブランケットを貸し出すなどのサービスがあれば、より快適に過ごせるかなと思いました。 ”
“ 他の焼肉チェーン店よりも圧倒的に接客が素晴らしい。ラーメン屋かと錯覚するくらい、店員揃えて大声で挨拶してくれる。店内は半個室のような壁付きで過ごしやすく、食べ物の盛り付けもとても綺麗で美味しい。焼肉き〇ぐやい〇ばん等とシステムが似ているが、個人的にそれ以上に美味しい。しかしメニューの総数は少なめな印象。デザートは食べ放題ではなく1つしか食べられないがミニ系からパフェまで揃っているので、特に困りませんでした。名物系のワンカルビ、ハラミステーキが美味しくおすすめです。店員がお客様と目を合わせて笑顔で接客して下さるので、とても居心地がよく5です。 ”
“ 小田原から初訪問 店内は綺麗で出迎えた若い女性スタッフが大きな声でいらっしゃいませー！ほかのスタッフみなさんがも大きな声で出迎えてくれ気持ちの良い接客でした！ 店内は綺麗で広くて居心地の良い空間。 食べ放題で牛肉ロースステーキ臭みもないし実に美味かった！ 牛タンにラムやレバーまあまあかな 上カルビやハラミも実に美味かった！ デザートもドリンクバーもクオリティーが高い。食べたいメニュー多数あったがお腹いっぱいになり次回の楽しみにしたい。 しいて言えばステーキが本当に美味しかったので塩とワサビが欲しかった！ 接客も気持ちが良いし久しぶりに良いお店で美味しい食事ができました ”
